Who We Are
At The Fairways we provide a safe, respectful and supportive environment where parents are supported to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to successfully nurture and meet their children’s needs.
Our team of diverse, highly qualified and experienced professionals include social workers, teachers, psychologist, early years practitioners, health care professionals, counsellor, therapist, teaching assistants and family support workers who are trained in safeguarding, PACE, trauma-informed practice, child development, CBT and DBT therapies and ParentAssess.
The Fairways team are committed to providing a warm, non-judgmental environment where families are welcomed with dignity, empathy and respect. Every parent is supported to learn, reflect and confidently demonstrate their skills and abilities through personalised guidance, support and encouragement.
